Clean Up
Yesterday I focused on weights. Today was a minor day. I checked the health of the data and found no issues, though I did notice four foreign TV shows that share no cast or crew with anything else in the catalog, so the recommender has nothing to connect them to.
I also made a call on how to handle TV shows that have not aired their episodes yet. My rule is that if a show has not aired any episodes, I rank it by shared connections instead, either related cast or crew. If there are still no connections to weight, I fall back to the TMDb rating. Only a show with nothing shared at all ends up with no score.
I will be traveling this weekend, so I will not tackle any more TVLens work until Tuesday. See you then.
